MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis man has been arrested in connection with a 50-year-old cold case murder in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
James Terry Fowler, 68, has been charged with one count of first-degree homicide in the 1977 death of Ralph Ambrose Gianoli.
