C lad in her signature overalls and multicolored pepper hat, Laurie Scott wends her way through rows of perky sprouts and vibrant vegetables ripe for the picking at Organic Oasis Farm in Palm City. “This is our tomato tunnel,” says Scott, pointing out lush vines with bright red cherry tomatoes. “And here, we did some companion planting with arugula, herbs, turnips, and carrots.”
