Pizza On Pearl, a La Jolla-based pizzeria known for its New York-style pies and casual takeout service, is getting ready to open a new location in San Diego at 3914 30th Street.
The company’s second location is set to move into the former home of Sipz Vegetarian Kitchen, which operated in the space for more than a decade before closing in 2024, according to SanDiegoVille. While an exact opening date has yet to be announced, signage for Pizza On Pearl has already been placed on the building. The expansion marks the brand’s first move beyond its original La Jolla shop, bringing its established menu to a new neighborhood.
The North Park address has seen several recent tenants following the closure of Sipz Vegetarian Kitchen. Concepts including Rising Sun Collective and Common Table briefly operated in the space before closing.
