Napa County officials on Thursday marked the completion of a new bridge along Dry Creek Road, connecting Oakville and Kenwood with a wider, safer crossing.
One lane of the new bridge will open to two-way traffic on Friday, with full two-lane access expected in early May, weather permitting.
