(FOX40.COM) — A 60-year-old man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after leading police on a brief pursuit while officers were investigating a stalking case.
Officers with the Stockton Police Department were looking into a reported stalking incident around 3:39 p.m. near Channel Street and San Joaquin Street in the city’s Civic District when they spotted a vehicle believed to be driven by the suspect.
Stockton police said they attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver failed to yield, initiating a pursuit. The suspect eventually pulled over and surrendered without further incident…
