TOWN OF VIENNA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Jennifer Seibt woke up to a flooded backyard after rainfall poured on Central New York.
What was a small pond behind her home looks more like a lake in the town of Vienna, where Seibt lives.
“It’s all the way up to the patio,” said Seibt.
Seibt and her boyfriend drove around town to see what everything else looked like. She says she saw Gazebos floating in water and campgrounds underwater, with campers partially submerged in some areas.
“We were pretty shocked by what we saw,” said Seibt. “It was crazy.”…
