BATON ROUGE — By the time a Baton Rouge gang member is back in court for sentencing on a drug-and-gun-related conviction, he will have been in court twice on allegations that he and others conspired to rob two people servicing an automated teller machine.
Nepton Hatfield Jr. is scheduled for sentencing June 29. He is also due in court May 7 for a pre-trial hearing on charges tied to the ATM theft, and a trial on the theft-related charges is set for June 15.
