Three people were shot Wednesday night on Philip Street in New Orleans’ Central City neighborhood, according to police. The 911 call came in at about 8:44 p.m., and all three victims were taken to a hospital. Authorities had not released their conditions.
As reported by WDSU, the gunfire erupted near Willow Street and drew an immediate response from officers. The New Orleans Police Department is investigating but has not released any information about a suspect or a possible motive.
