ALBANY, NY (WRGB) — Local officials and the community celebrated the opening of a new three-story building with market-rate apartment units on Center Street in Albany on Friday.
It’s a $2 million project pushed by the city’s industrial development agency, which officials say created more than 100 construction jobs.
