BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (WNYT) – A Ballston Lake family says it felt harmed again after a teen who killed their son was sentenced to state prison.
The case stems from a stabbing death on the front lawn of the family’s Ballston Lake home after what the family described in court as a misunderstanding over an Instagram post. NewsChannel 13’s Mark Mulholland reported the parents gave victim impact statements before the teen was sentenced.
