BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — In just over three months, there have been 10 officer-involved shootings across Alabama — and half of them happened in central Alabama, raising questions about what’s driving these encounters.
The incidents span from early February through the beginning of April, with cases reported in Hoover, Columbiana, Alabaster, Blount County, and most recently, Greensboro.
