Situated on 0.62 acres of land, the two-story residence was built in 1922 by Jesse Pavey who was elected as the Town of Belleairβs first mayor in 1926.
The home was later purchased by Lucius Ruder, a Belleair commissioner in 1938 and 1941, and mayor from 1948 until 1951.
