Harrisburg church considers holding Easter service despite burglary

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — The Harrisburg community has come together for a congregation that faces uncertainty this Easter after someone burglarized its church.

Bethel AME Church shared a fundraiser Friday after someone entered its North 5th Street property this week and stole several items, including copper pipes. The fundraiser said it aims to raise $180,000 to make repairs and restore the church.
