The City of Hampton has released its draft FY2026 Annual Action Plan outlining how it will use about $1.5 million in federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The plan focuses on preserving affordable housing, helping first-time homebuyers, improving older homes, and supporting low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.
