A Rochester woman was taken into custody late Thursday on a bench warrant connected to a previous grand larceny charge, authorities said.
Erica Latonya Givens, 56, was arrested around 10:10 p.m. April 2 at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester after failing to appear in Ontario County Court, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the warrant stemmed from a prior grand larceny case in which Givens did not appear as required. She was taken into custody at 130 Plymouth Ave. S. and held for centralized arraignment…
