BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Something special sits on the campus of Louisiana State University. It’s served creamy, cold treats for almost 70 years and is called the LSU Dairy Store.
In the year 2026, the store is so much more than ice cream.
“We are about to start ramping up our milk bottling and cheese production,” explained store manager Nick Uzee. “We currently make ice cream here, and we will continue to do so so that we can create more products that the campus can enjoy as well as surrounding campus.”…
