A Des Moines man was arrested Wednesday in Perry after he allegedly captured and assaulted a Des Moines woman.
Donavon Edward Surrette, 24, of 211 Hall Ave., Des Moines, was charged with first-offense domestic abuse assault-bodily injury or mental illness, false imprisonment and driving while barred.
