Ice storm forces road closures, cause power outages across northeast Wisconsin

NORTHEAST WISCONSIN, Wis. (WBAY) – An ice storm forced road closures across northeast Wisconsin on Thursday as downed trees and power lines posed safety risks.

Drivers faced challenges with visibility during the storm. Rain and some traffic lights losing power forced people to be extra cautious.
