According to Fridley Public Safety, on March 30, police were contacted by a resident regarding a social media post about a dog who was killed by two loose dogs.
Police eventually located one of the owners of the dog that was killed. They said on March 29 between 7-7:30 p.m., two loose dogs approached the residents while they were carrying their two dogs near 5th and 63rd Avenue Northeast. …
