TULSA, Okla. — Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Kash Patel met with tribal law enforcement leadership in Tulsa on Monday.
The Oklahoma City FBI Office said Director Patel was in Tulsa for the International Association of Chiefs of Police – Indian Country Law Enforcement Section Meeting.
Director Patel also met with leadership from the Muscogee Nation, Cherokee Nation, Tulsa Police Department and Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
During the meeting, officials discussed how the FBI can continue to support tribal communities as the agencies work together to combat violent crime.
