SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Easter is this weekend and despite the weather, there are still plenty of events and egg hunts across the state.
Saturday, April 4
Eggstravaganza at Great Plains Zoo
The zoo is hosting multiple egg hunts and other activities Saturday. Activities include an education table from 10-11:30 a.m. and 3-4:15 p.m, an animal meet and greet from 1:30-2 p.m. and chats with a flamingo keeper at noon and 2:30 p.m.

Easter at Great Shots
Great Shots in Sioux Falls is hosting an Easter breakfast followed by golfing at 9 a.m. on Saturday. An egg hunt will be at the Sanford Diamonds across from Great Shots at 11 a.m. The egg hunt is free and open to the public.
The Good Earth Farm Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday was cancelled due to weather.
Spring Fling and Glow Egg Hunt at Rush Mountain
From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, glowing eggs will be inside Rushmore Cave in Keystone. Th event includes prizes, a visit from the Easter Bunny, yard games and face painting.

St. Francis House
The St. Francis House in Sioux Falls is giving out Easter baskets on Sunday morning at 8 a.m.
Governor’s Easter Egg Hunt
Gov. Larry Rhoden is hosting the 73rd annual Pierre Elks Lodge Easter Egg Hunt. It will be on Easter Sunday at 1 p.m. at the governor’s home in Pierre.
Monday, April 6
Trail egg hunt at Great Bear
The egg hunt at Great Bear has been rescheduled to Monday. The event is from 6-7 p.m. There will be separate sections for kids ages 2-5, ages 6-10 and ages 11-17. Registration is required at $5 per participant.
Easter Egg Hunt at Air Madness
Union Social and Air Madness are hosting an egg hunt on Monday, as they are closed Easter Sunday. The egg hunt at Air Madness starts at 10 a.m. and includes free donuts and prizes. Union Social’s egg hunt is at 11 a.m. Prizes include Air Madness season passes, free dessert, arcade play cards, gift cards and an hour of bowling.

Easter Egg Hunt at The Monument Ice Arena
The ice arena in Rapid City is hosting an egg hunt next Friday from 6-8 p.m. MT. Tickets are $10, they will also serve pizza and offer prizes.
Saturday, April 11
Egg Splash and Dash at Spellerberg Park
Parks and Recreation’s easter egg hunt has been rescheduled to the Saturday after Easter. The event is from 1-4:30 p.m. and will include an egg hunt, live DJ, inflatables, the Easter Bunny and admittance into the Midco Aquatic Center pool…
