A new affordable housing development is moving forward in Bellevue, according to recent city permit filings.
The project, known as Altaire at East Main, is proposed for a 4.55-acre site at 995 118th Ave SE. Plans call for the redevelopment of a partially built hotel into a seven-story multifamily residential building. The site is shared with the existing Nuovo apartments in West Bellevue.
