INDIANAPOLIS — Sometime around Michigan’s trip to Las Vegas during Thanksgiving week, Morez Johnson Jr. stood behind his head coach during the postgame, on-court interview with a blank stare on his face. As Dusty May answered questions, Johnson just stood there, expressionless.
Johnson checked his phone after and it had gone viral. Fans told him they loved it and Michigan kept winning, so he kept doing it. May even returned the favor when Johnson got interviewed on the court after beating Illinois.
