BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Baltimore Police Department’s homicide detectives have arrested a Baltimore County woman in connection to the death of her husband, according to court records.
Detectives allege that Rene Parks, shot and killed Garreth Parks Jr., 31, in the 3700 block of West Belvedere Avenue on Tuesday night.
