BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The co-defendant, charged with setting 62-year-old Roxana Jo Kelley on fire and killing her on State Road, was arraigned in court on Friday, according to Kern County court records.
Misha Allen initially failed to appear on Wednesday. She pleaded not guilty to murder on Friday, April 3.
Daniel Graham was arraigned on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to murder, as well.
