BUFFALO, N.Y. — A 16-year-old will spend at least two years behind bars for shooting another teenager in 2024.
The teen was sentenced Wednesday in Youth court to an indeterminate sentence of two to years years in jail. The juvenile offender pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, one count of Assault in the First Degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree. He was denied youthful offender adjudication.
