STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A vacant lot on Staten Island has become a persistent dumping ground, leaving residents frustrated by the eyesore.
Kim Sirico, of Rossville, who purchased her home in the Bloomingdale Estates community in 2019, has filed multiple complaints with 311 about the triangular lot at Veterans Road East, Bloomingdale Road and Wirt Avenue.
