CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. — Two Nebraska State Patrol leaders have graduated from the inaugural multi-state police cohort of the National Criminal Justice Command College (NCJCC) at the University of Virginia.
Captain Andy Ecklund and Lieutenant Toby Czapla were among 32 graduates from 18 state police agencies. Graduation ceremonies were held Thursday in Charlottesville, Virginia.
