YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A city man who was arrested on a warrant in Columbus earlier this week for a 2024 shooting death is back in Youngstown.
Eddie Winphrie, 42, is in the Mahoning County jail on charges of murder and aggravated murder. He is awaiting arraignment in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
