A 33-year-old man was arrested in connection to a child that was fatally struck in Cedar Springs on Friday.
Just after 4 p.m., Kent County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) deputies responded to Darcy Circle Northeast for a report of a child struck by a pickup truck.
