SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A Utah man has been sentenced to up to 45 years in prison after he crashed while driving under the influence, killing a local business owner in 2021.
On October 16, 2021, law enforcement received reports of a Ford F-250 that was driving erratically in the Bountiful and North Salt Lake area. The driver of the vehicle, later identified as Christian Cody Facer, was speeding, weaving through traffic, and running other vehicles off the road.
