A man was charged with attempted murder after a video circulating on social media appeared to show him attempting to push a person in front of a moving car in Seattle, Washington.
The moment was captured on surveillance camera footage and occurred on the Northgate light rail station on March 19, as a train was pulling up, according to Storyful.
