ALBANY, NY (WRGB) — Albany County District Attorney Lee C. Kindlon announced Friday that a 28-year-old Albany man is heading to state prison for shooting at a group of people.
The Honorable Andra Ackerman sentenced Ishmiel Hairston Friday to serve seven years in prison followed by five years of post-release supervision after he pleaded guilty to Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.
On March 25, 2021, at around 11:40 p.m., Albany Police responded to the area of Lark Street and Orange Street for reports of shots fired.
