Photos: Protesters rail against Flock cameras in Troy

TROY — Protesters gathered outside of Troy City Hall on Friday to rally against the city’s use of Flock cameras.

The protest came two days after Mayor Carmella Mantello declared a state of emergency, allowing her to direct city funds to continue paying Flock Safety for use of its automated license plate readers despite opposition from the City Council.
