U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a hold on a native from Venezuela who was stopped without a driver’s license near a Dollar General.
A deputy pulled over 46-year-old Franklyn Javier Duran Figueroa near Dollar General, located at 1102 E Warm Springs Ave., Coleman, around 1:50 a.m. Thursday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. His grey 2003 Toyota 4-Runner used an unlawful off-road light bar, and its tag was not visible from 50 ft.
When asked for his driver’s license, Duran Figueroa stated he did not have one. He instead handed over an ID, which was used to confirm he had never gotten a license, the report said…
