Three Philadelphia residents are included in Forbes‘ latest annual ranking of billionaires, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
At the top is Victoria Mars, who ranks No. 245 on the list with a $12.3 billion net worth. Mars is the heir to the Mars, Inc. candy and pet food company. Her ranking is rather interesting considering that she dropped 10 spots from last year, despite increasing her wealth from $10.7 billion…
