ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Former Rochester Bishop Fulton Sheen is set to be beatified this year, one step below sainthood.
The process was delayed for years because of the Rochester Diocese sex abuse bankruptcy case. Now the case is over and Sheen is considered clean.
