JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) -Today is a First Alert Weather Day due to the threat of showers and storms this evening. There is a level one out of five risk for severe storms with this system with the most likely threats being strong wind gusts and large hail. Storms will start to ramp up across the area around 3 PM and exit by midnight
