FERGUSON, Mo. (WKRC) – A 13-year-old was accused of murdering a young student and injuring another during a shooting at a school track meet.
According to a release from the Ferguson Police Department, officers responded to the parking lot of the STEAM Academy at McCluer South Berkeley High School at around 7 p.m. on March 31 regarding a report of shots fired. A multi-school track meet was concluding at around the same time.
First responders reportedly found two juvenile victims suffering from gunshot wounds – a 13-year-old and a 15-year-old. Both were taken to the hospital, but the 13-year-old succumbed to his injuries shortly after the shooting. The 15-year-old was still in serious condition as of the department’s release…
