TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Police responded to a 911 call about a person throwing rocks at vehicles in the 1000 block of West Miracle Mile in Tucson late Saturday, April 4.
The Tucson Police Department said that when officers arrived, the man began to harm himself with a sharp object.
Police used a less-lethal device in an effort to stop him, but officers were initially unable to restrain him. The department did not specify the type of device used…
