MILTON, NY (WRGB) — Two people face drug charges after a wellness check Thursday in Milton.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check call at 11:10 a.m. at the Stewart’s shop at 165 Northline Road. Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Katrina A. Fonda, 36, and Christopher A. Fonda, 46, both of Broadalbin.
Katrina Fonda was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree (class C felony) and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree (class A misdemeanor).
