Fire in Sterling townhouse linked to lithium-ion battery, officials say

STERLING, Va. (DC News Now) — Five people and one dog were displaced by an accidental fire in Loudoun County on Saturday, officials said.

Around 2:20 p.m., the emergency communications center got several 911 calls about a structure fire in the 46700 block of Fairgrove Square in Sterling.
