OHIO — A woman from Springdale has been arrested after allegedly causing a crash while driving under the influence with children inside her vehicle, according to court documents.
Authorities said Marleni Veronica Cano Ruiz, 35, is accused of causing a crash Friday at the intersection of Southland Road and Ashburn Road in Forest Park while impaired.
According to court records, officers who responded to the scene found two juvenile children inside Ruiz’s vehicle. Investigators said Ruiz also reportedly admitted to drinking beer before getting behind the wheel…
