CHESAPEAKE, Va. — A Jamaican national with ties to a large-scale drug trafficking operation in Hampton Roads has been sentenced to six years in federal prison, according to court records.
Jason Kristian Duncker, 54, was sentenced for his role in an international cocaine trafficking conspiracy that included activity in Chesapeake, where investigators say he coordinated the movement of drug proceeds.
Authorities say Duncker distributed cocaine and collected money tied to drug sales, with a key local connection stemming from a July 22, 2022, incident in Chesapeake. Investigators say he arranged a bulk cash pickup that day, prompting law enforcement to conduct a traffic stop.
