LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. — A Columbia man has been arrested and charged following a deadly Saturday afternoon shooting in Lexington County.
The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department said 23-year-old Latif Shi’Yon Elijah Ross was charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a weapon by a person prohibited.
The shooting happened just before 1 p.m. at the Ovation @ 3500 apartments at 3500 Fernandina Road. Sheriff Jay Koon said deputies arrived at the scene and found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds…
