St Petersburg invites their residents to join free educational workshops about composting, and receive a free compost bin. According to a press release from St Petersburg, “St Pete’s Composting Program aims to help single-family residential customers minimize their environmental impact by turning kitchen and yard waste into useable, nutrient-rich fertilizer.”
