A late-night stabbing in North Philadelphia left a 50-year-old man dead on Sunday, and police say his 30-year-old son was taken into custody right outside the family home. According to 6abc, officers were called to the 600 block of West Wingohocking Street shortly after 11:30 p.m. They found the victim suffering from multiple stab wounds to his neck. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
Investigators told 6abc that the victim’s 30-year-old son was arrested at the scene. A knife believed to have been used in the attack was recovered on the front porch, police said.
