EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Borderland gathered for one of its long-standing signature events — the annual Northeaster Parade.
The 48th annual Mimbela Family Northeaster Parade was held Saturday, April 4 in Northeast El Paso.
Organizers say the parade continues to expand and reach new heights each year.
