A Mountain Brook Police Department (MBPD) Motorcycle Officer has been injured in a car crash while controlling traffic at a marathon on Saturday, April 4.
The unnamed officer was helping direct traffic for the Statue to Statue 15k when they collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Overton Road and Oakdale Drive around 9:30 a.m.
