BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Brian Scott Lorenzo, one of the supects in the of killing a young mother in Tonawanda more than three decades ago, is set to go on trial in the crime for a third time.
Deborah Meindl was 33 years old when she was stabbed and strangled at her Franklin Street home on Feb. 17, 1993.
Lorenzo and James Pugh were convicted of the murder in 1994. Pugh was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison and was released in 2019 after serving 28 years. Lorenz was sentenced to 37 and a half years in prison…
